ALC (Agent Leadership Council)

The purpose of the ALC is to:

  • Assist in setting annual Market Center Goals and Plans
  • Take an active part in implementing these plans and helping the MC achieve the goals
  • Be the forum for the creation or alteration of all MC policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Inspire and develop leadership
  • Provide unity, a spirit of team support, and the voice of the agents
  • Produce the innovation, creativity and leadership for the implementation of these ideas
  • Keep professional standards and public image “world class”
  • Work toward helping associates become the verry best business and sales people possible
The ALC Committee Chairs meet monthly to give committee reports to the agents in the market center, as well as, review and vote on any proposals that have been brought to them.
